# Pricing and discounts

Owner: Tomas Lindqvist (CFO). This page is the source of truth for list prices and discount approvals.

## List prices (from 2026-02-01)

| Routes add-on | $12 per user per month | Priced per user on the plan. |
| Portal add-on | $199 per account per month | Flat fee. |

Billing can be monthly, quarterly or annual. Annual prepay is the default for Enterprise.

## Team price change (2026-02-01)

- New customers pay $49. Quotes sent at $45 before February 1 are honored if signed by January 31, 2026.
- Existing Team customers keep **$45 for their existing seats** on renewals signed on or before **2026-06-30**.
- Seats added by existing customers after February 1 are billed at $49.
- Starter and Enterprise prices did not change.
- In billing, grandfathered seats use the separate SKU "Team (grandfathered $45 rate)".

## Discount approval

- The CFO is informed of every discount above 15%.
- Discounts apply to the whole contract value of the deal unless the order form says otherwise.
- Always record the approver in the CRM deal (field "discount approved by").
